Can someone tell me where to find wholesale suppliers?

I'd like to have my own business from home. Does anyone know where to start? I'm trying to find some wholesale suppliers where I can buy used cell phones that are still in good shape or any other type of electronics. Any advice? and any advice on books or something that i can learn how to run my own business from home?
