How do you find large wholesale lots of refurbished electronics?

How do you find large wholesale lots of refurbished electronics? I see people on ebay that sell tons of stuff......How do you find the source?

1. Alot get that stuff off-lease...buying at auction, or they 'know someone'. There is a section on ebay for buying in lots. I don't remember the address, but there is a government surplus auction site (it doesn't cost anything - don't get sucked into a scam) where they sell stuff like that - pallets of used computers, lockers, cars, troop transports, etc.
