How do I find small name-brand Wholesale lots to buy for resale?

I have found several huge lots of childrens clothing where you pay $5,000 +, but is there a place to buy wholesale lots for $1,000 or less in childrens clothing such as Ralph Lauren Polo, Baby Lulu etc. I would like to get started reselling for extra income and can't pay huge amounts to start. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thank you.....!

1. 1) Contact these companies and ask them if they sell smaller lots. Explain your situation. Expect to pay cash. 2)Look on ebay 3)Search for web sites that sell end of stock lines. Good luck
